Regional Marketing Director (m/f/d) EMEA

Your tasks:

  • Drive and implement the overall marketing strategy for the EMEA region – cooperating closely with Group Strategic Marketing and the Regional Management team
  • Functionally lead and advise local marketing managers/directors
  • Provide strategic guidance on digital strategies, capability building and talent management
  • Facilitate and support local marketing execution as the interface between HQ functions, regional and local subsidiary management
  • Plan and manage the communication and marketing budgets in the EMEA region
  • Aggregate regional input to influence product strategies and roadmaps based on local consumer insights
  • Drive and challenge brand activation (e.g. trade marketing and social marketing), being responsible for compelling POS guidance by channel
  • Ensure compliance with global marketing guidelines
  • Represent the EMEA view in Global Marketing and vice versa

Your profile: 

  • Charismatic leadership personality with a clear can do attitude, willing to take ownership for projects and always challenging the status quo
  • Several years of international management experience in the field of strategic product, brand and trade marketing, thereof 2-3 years across EMEA desirable
  • Capacity to translate strategy into operative actions
  • Outstanding people management and development skills as well as a proven track record in leading international teams without direct disciplinary power
  • Ability to form collaboration and trusted relations across all organizational levels
  • Distinguished networking, negotiation and communication skills
  • Intercultural competence
  • Excellent English, further European languages a plus
  • International mobility for regular business travel into our EMEA markets
